User Agreement for Mediva AI Chatbot

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Mediva AI Chatbot (“Chatbot”), you agree to be bound by this User Agreement (“Agreement”). If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Chatbot.

2. Description of Service
The Mediva AI Chatbot is an AI-driven service provided by Mediva Clinic to assist users with general information about our services, appointment scheduling, and inquiries. The Chatbot is powered by advanced artificial intelligence and is designed to provide automated responses based on available data. It is integrated with Meta services to facilitate messaging via platforms such as Facebook Messenger.

3. No Professional or Medical Advice
The information provided by the Chatbot is for general informational purposes only. It should not be construed as professional, legal, or medical advice. Users should consult with qualified professionals before making decisions based on any information provided by the Chatbot.

4. User Obligations

  • You agree to use the Chatbot only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use of the service.

  • You must not misuse or interfere with the Chatbot or its underlying systems.

  • Any information you provide to the Chatbot is your responsibility, and you agree not to share any sensitive personal information unless you understand and accept the associated risks.

5. Privacy and Data Usage

We do not guarantee that the Chatbot will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Mediva Clinic, its affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or use) arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Chatbot, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Modifications to the Agreement
Mediva Clinic reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the Chatbot after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Chatbot at any time without notice if you violate any of the terms of this Agreement or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

11. Governing Law
